IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:

The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of customer
payment applications.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Responsible for day-to-day customer payment applications.
* Processes incoming payments: Lockbox, ACH/EFT, and Wires.
* Reviews all lockbox deposits. Processes unmatched payments.
* Balances daily cash receipts: ACH, Wires and Netting receipts.
* Resolve unapplied cash by working with the Credit Department.
* Work closely with AR Specialists to ensure cash is applied quickly and
accurately.
* Entry of invoice information into customer portals as needed.
* Record Electronic Deposit
