Solyssey is looking for a proactive Delivery Associate with experience managing IT service delivery across the APAC and EMEA markets. The role involves coordinating customer projects, managing field engineers and service partners, and ensuring onsite activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels.
Our services include IT field support, deskside support, network installations, hardware deployments, wireless site surveys, and ongoing technical support across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily service delivery and coordinate IT projects across APAC and EMEA, from receiving customer requirements through to completion and sign-off.
Schedule and dispatch field engineers based on technical skills, location, availability, and customer requirements.
Coordinate multiple projects, site visits, installations, and support tickets across countries and time zones.
Brief engineers on the scope of work, site access requirements, tools, deliverables,



and escalation procedures before each visit.
Track engineer attendance, onsite progress, and completion; arrange backup resources when required.
Work closely with recruitment and procurement teams to address coverage gaps and secure suitable engineers and partners.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing delivery queries and escalations.
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), identify delivery risks, and take action to prevent delays or missed commitments.
Validate service reports, timesheets, expenses, supporting photographs, and customer sign-offs before closing activities.
Track project costs, engineer hours, and travel expenses against approved budgets; obtain approval for additional work.
Maintain accurate ticketing records, project trackers, and handover notes.
