? Location: Bangur Avenue
? Employment Type: Full-time | In-Store
? Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives
? Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
? Weekly Off: 1 day per week, excluding Saturday & Sunday
WEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Assist with saree, blouse, and ethnic-wear selection and styling
Explain product details, fabrics, designs, and pricing
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries, billing, orders, and follow-ups
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
Support stock arrangement and day-to-day store operations




Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Coordinate with the backend and management teams when required
? What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in fashion and Indian ethnic wear
Customer-focused, presentable, and confident
Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
