Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation and integration. The candidate must have worked on at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project and should have strong experience in integrating SAP PS with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP PS implementation projects, with mandatory experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Configure and implement SAP PS functionalities based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end Project System processes, including project planning, budgeting, cost planning, project execution, and monitoring.
- Configure and support integration between SAP PS and FI for project costs, settlements, budgeting, and accounting processes.
- Configure and support integration between SAP PS and MM for procurement, purchase requisitions/orders, goods movements, and project-related materials.
- Work on integration of SAP PS with other modules such as SD, CO, PP, or relevant business processes.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for development/enhancements.
- Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.




- Analyze business issues and provide appropriate SAP PS solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of relevant SAP PS experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PS configuration and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with PS–FI integration – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with PS–MM integration – Mandatory.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as CO, SD, PP, etc.
- Positive understanding of project structures, WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Budgeting, Planning, and Settlement.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification in SAP PS or related area.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in large-scale SAP implementations.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP PS/S4HANA certification will be an added advantage.
