Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored CRM solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP CRM applications
- What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following:



One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Excelling in business process consulting and improvement
