Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

- Should possess in-depth technical knowledge of SAP S/4 Procurement & Commodity Management and have valuable understanding of the various features of Commodity Management like Commodity Purchasing Contracts, formula-based commodity pricing (Commodity Pricing Engine), market data management for derivative contract specifications, Commodity Risk analysis, Commodity Risk Management, Goods Receipts and Vendor invoice management for Commodities.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and Commodity management configuration (including Template configurations, workflow setup, data management etc) and business scenarios.
- Good understanding of business processes associated with Commodity Management business processes and how they align with the procurement organization.
- Conduct business workshop, business process mappings, design business blueprint, functional and technical design, configurations, fit gap analysis for any customizations, unit and integration testing,



execute cutover for go-live and post go-live support
- Document functional/technical design documents to implement the SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and Commodity Management.
- Project planning and focus on Project Deliverables
- Participate in escalation discussions and devise a de-escalation plan, positioning right solutions based on project situations and differing business needs, proposing risk mitigation plans and bolstering customer relationships for a smooth product delivery experience.
- Provide status reports for projects to management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant SAP certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and Commodity Management
