Role & responsibilities
SAP IBP
Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and S&OP.;
- Configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data Types, Attributes, and Planning Levels.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, MES, WMS, and external applications.
- Develop and maintain data integration solutions using SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality management activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
- Support forecasting, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization processes.
- Participate in Agile project delivery, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Provide client-facing consulting and solution recommendations.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Required Skills
- Solid expertise in SAP IBP modules:
- Demand Planning (DP)
- Supply Planning (SP)
- Inventory Optimization (IO)
- Response & Supply Planning (RSP)
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Hands-on experience in Planning Areas, Key Figures, Attributes, and Time Profiles.
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
- Experience in data migration, validation, and master data management.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.
- Team leadership and project management experience.
- Exposure to multiple industry domains.
- SAP IBP Certification is preferred.
