About The Job:

- Support testing activities across SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, ensuring quality delivery of payroll, time evaluation, custom PCRs, schema changes, ABAP developments, and automation initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and execute test scenarios for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll.

- Validate custom Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schema modifications, and ABAP HR developments.

- Perform testing for time evaluation, quota processing, retroactive payroll accounting, and payroll processing.

- Own regression testing for payroll and time management changes.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca or similar automation tools.

- Manage defects through identification, tracking, retesting, and closure.

- Prepare and maintain test data for payroll and time-related scenarios.

- Execute SIT activities and support UAT cycles with business stakeholders.

- Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and traceability matrices.

- Collaborate with functional, technical,



and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

- Experience ( Relevant) : 7+ Years

Top 3 skills which is mandatory

- SAP HCM testing

- Test Planning & Strategy
- time evaluation (RPTIME00), quota processing (RPTQTA00), retroactive payroll accounting, and payroll schema/PCR

Required Experience

- 6-10 years of SAP HCM testing experience with strong expertise in Time Management and Payroll.

- Experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and delivery processes.

- Hands-on experience testing complex PCRs, schema changes, and payroll/time rules.

- Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects in SAP HCM.

- Robust expertise in SAP test automation tools such as Tosca or equivalent.

- Good understanding of retroactive payroll processing and testing.

- Experience executing SIT, supporting UAT, and managing defects.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM testing concepts and terminology.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with S/4HANA HCM environments.

- Exposure to Fiori and OData testing.

- Experience testing integrations with third-party applications and ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of collective agreement, union/non-union, and workforce-specific testing scenarios.

- SAP HCM certification.
