Title: SAP HCM Indian Payroll consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll with a focus on Indian payroll
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing including schema and rules configuration
- Ensure compliance with Indian payroll statutory requirements and regulations
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll requirements
- Perform payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Maintain documentation for payroll processes and configurations

Essential Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP HCM experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Indian Payroll.
- Robust knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
- Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws, taxation, Wage code and Superannuation.
- Experience in payroll year-end activities and statutory reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with Finance and third-party payroll systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
