About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP IBP-PPDS Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing SAP Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) , along with hands-on implementation experience in complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.

In this role, you will lead solution design, drive end-to-end implementations, and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize planning processes, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP IBP and PPDS solutions.

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP planning solutions.

✅ Configure and support key SAP IBP modules, including:

- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Response & Supply
- Inventory Optimization
- Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)

✅ Drive full project lifecycle activities including:
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Solution Blueprinting
- Configuration
- SIT/UAT Testing
- Data Validation




- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Go-Live & Hypercare Support

✅ Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, APO, ECC, and other enterprise planning systems. ✅ Provide expert guidance on supply chain planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and optimization strategies.

✅ Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues to ensure business continuity.

✅ Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP practice development and pre-sales activities.

✅ Identify opportunities for process improvements and planning automation.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory

- 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SAP IBP and PPDS .
- Experience in 1-2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects .
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Production Planning
- Capacity Planning
- Detailed Scheduling
- Inventory Optimization
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Preferred
- SAP IBP Certification.
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of SAP CI-DS, CPI-DS, RTI, and Supply Chain Control Tower.
- Exposure to Agile and Global Delivery Models.
