SAP HCM Consultant (SAP HCM | HR Systems | Payroll & Time Management) ?? Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (On-site) | ?? Experience: 5+ Years | ?? Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP HCM solutions
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development





Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support
- Working knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules
- Experience in SAP implementation or support projects
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working in SAP support or implementation environments
