Title: SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead

: Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support of Coupa solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across Coupa Procurement, Sourcing, Invoicing, Payments, Expense Management, and Spend Management.
- Configure and administer Coupa workflows, approval processes, user roles, suppliers, and related business processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa functional solutions.
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and integration teams to design and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Define and validate integration requirements between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA.
- Participate in interface design and coordinate integration testing.
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead defect analysis and ensure effective resolution of production and maintenance issues.
- Manage requirements through the complete lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to production.
- Support major Coupa releases, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scenarios, and solution specifications.
- Work with offshore and nearshore service providers to ensure effective delivery and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a global environment.
- Provide guidance on Coupa best practices, process optimization,



and continuous improvement.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements across Coupa and SAP platforms.

Core Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa platform and its modules.
- Expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Spend Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement, finance, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with Coupa configuration and administration.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Coupa.
- Knowledge of ERP integration concepts and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with workflows, approval processes, user roles, and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of reporting and analytics within Coupa and SAP environments.
- Experience working with third-party service providers and cross-functional teams.
- Solid requirement gathering, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of API-based integrations such as REST or GraphQL.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of message queuing and stream-processing concepts.
- Python knowledge is beneficial.
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of data warehouse and analytics solutions.

Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
