SAP FICO:

- We are seeking a highly accomplished SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant/Architect with 25+ years of overall experience and deep expertise in SAP Finance solutions, including SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance, Asset Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management, FSCM, IFRS16/FASB 842, RE-FX, and financial process transformation.

- The role will be responsible for providing strategic finance consulting, solution architecture, and subject matter expertise for large-scale SAP transformation programs, supporting finance roadmaps, target operating model design, and end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support initiatives.

- The candidate should possess strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Treasury, Consolidation, Financial Planning, and Regulatory Compliance, with extensive knowledge of integrations across MM, SD, PP, PM, PS, and external banking platforms.

- The ideal candidate will collaborate with CFO organizations, finance leaders, and business stakeholders to drive finance transformation, define global templates and governance standards, oversee data migration and cutover activities, ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and SOX requirements, and enable adoption of SAP innovations such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Fiori, Embedded Analytics, AI-enabled automation, and digital finance initiatives.

- Proven experience in global SAP programs, multi-country deployments, solution design, stakeholder management,



mentoring consulting teams, and providing advisory support across industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Telecom, Construction, and Pharmaceuticals is essential.
