Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

1. Requirement Gathering

Understand client business processes and financial needs.

2. Business Process Mapping

Translate business requirements into SAP functionalities.

3. System Configuration

Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).

4. Master Data Setup

Create and manage master data like vendors, customers, chart of accounts.

5. Integration with Other Modules

Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, HCM, and other SAP modules.

6. Testing

Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

7. Documentation

Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.

8. End-User Training

Train finance teams and end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.

9. Support & Troubleshooting

Resolve issues, handle tickets,



and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

10. Customization

Work with ABAP developers to implement custom enhancements.

11. Reporting

Design and configure financial reports using SAP tools (e.g., Report Painter, SAP Query).

12. Compliance & Controls

Ensure system complies with financial regulations and internal controls.

13. Migration & Data Validation

Assist in data migration and validate financial data accuracy.

14. Go-Live Preparation

Support cutover activities and ensure system readiness for go-live.

15. Continuous Improvement

Recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
