Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system integrity.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FICO functionality.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and project progress.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting and implementation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
- In-depth understanding of below mentioned Financial and Controlling process areas:

- Enterprise structure, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- S4 HANA Cash Management
- SAP In-house cash (IHC) for S4 HANA
- SAP FSCM for S4 HANA particularly Credit management
- Asset accounting
- Tax and Statutory reporting
- Intercompany accounting and SAP ICMR
- Profit Centre accounting




- Cost Centre accounting
- Product costing and Material Ledger
- Profitability Analysis/ Margin Analysis
- Solid cross functional understanding with PP, MM, SD and PS.
- Fiori apps usage and understanding

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
- Knowledge on Electronic document Framework is a plus

Good to Have Skills

- Knowledge in Treasury, Collection and Disputes, Real Estate.
- Knowledge in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
- Knowledge in SAF-T, SAP ACR and SAP DCR
- ABAP development knowledge (debug and simple code understanding)
- 2 full lifecycle of project implementation
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Leadership skills, facilitation of meetings and workshops for functional areas and integration alignment.
