- A flexible pool of SAP DM consultants across two bands — Consultant (4–6 yrs), Senior (6–10 yrs).

SAP DM Functional — Must Have

- Plant, Work Center, Resource, Routing, and Operation Activity Modeling

- Master data — Material, BOM, Data Collection, Data Types, Parameters

- Production process — Shop Orders, S/4 process/production order integration

- POD design & personalization — Order, Work Center, Operator POD (1.0 & 2.0)

- Resource orchestration, dispatching, and status management

- Non-conformance handling, in-process quality, and QM integration

- Time-tracking, labour/machine confirmations, S/4HANA PP-PI/QM/MM integration

- Genealogy, As-Built, Serial/Batch/SFC handling; DM analytics (KPIs, SAC)

Extension Framework — Must Have (Deep Hands-On)

- POD 1.0 (classic) — Plug-in development, public API integration and extension

- POD 2.0 (Angular) — Plug-in development on the SAP DM Extension SDK, API integration and extensions

- Consuming DM public APIs (REST/OData); XSUAA/JWT auth in extensions

- Extending standard PODs without breaking upgrade compatibility

SAPUI5 / Fiori — Must Have

- Strong UI5 (MVC, XML views, fragments, custom controls), OData v2/v4 binding

- Fiori Elements + Freestyle apps; Fiori Launchpad on BTP

- Responsive design for shop-floor devices

Good to Have

- SAP CAP (CDS,
