Role Description The SAP CPI Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training programs on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for learners at Igrow Soft Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in office role that involves preparing course materials, practical exercises, and real-time project scenarios to help participants gain job-ready skills.

The trainer will conduct regular sessions, clarify doubts, provide individualized guidance, and assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project reviews. The role also includes updating and refining training content based on the latest SAP CPI features and integration best practices, coordinating with the academic team on schedules, and supporting placement activities by mentoring learners on interview preparation.



The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning environment and foster continuous improvement in both teaching methods and course outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including integration flows, adapters, APIs, and error handling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration scenarios (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and third-party systems).
- Proficiency in teaching or corporate training, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured way.
- Experience designing training materials, lab exercises, and real-time project case studies for technical learners.
- Solid understanding of broader SAP ecosystem and modules (such as ABAP, FICO, MM, HR/HCM) to contextualize CPI integrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to mentor learners on career readiness, including interview preparation and practical project guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; SAP CPI certification is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience as an SAP trainer or SAP integration consultant is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and align with institute schedules, including weekday and/or weekend batches as required.
