Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 functional specifications.

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Business One modules such as Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Service.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

- Conduct GAP analysis and design customizations using SAP B1 SDK or Boyum add-ons (as needed).

- Prepare functional specification documents and test cases.

- Perform system testing, end-user training, and go-live support.

- Collaborate with technical teams for report development, customization, and integrations.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP B1 issues post-implementation.

- Ensure documentation and process flows are maintained and updated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.





- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One in a functional consultant role.

- Robust understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, sales, inventory, etc.).

- Experience in full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.

- Proficiency with SAP B1 tools: Query Generator, PLD, Crystal Reports, etc.

- Knowledge of SQL and SAP B1 database schema.

- Familiarity with add-ons like Boyum B1 Usability Package (B1UP) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP B1 certification.

- Experience with intercompany and multi-branch setups.

- Exposure to integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Framework, DI API, Service Layer).
