We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services .

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Vizag healthcare market and preferably have an established network of hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals .

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase home healthcare sales and revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

Generate qualified leads and patient referrals through hospital visits, doctor meetings, and healthcare networks.

Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Vizag market.





Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote home healthcare services.

Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, patients, and families to understand healthcare requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

Maintain a database of hospitals, doctors, referral partners, and prospective clients.

Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Participate in healthcare camps, hospital activities, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events as required.

2–4 years of relevant experience in:

~ Home Healthcare Sales

~ Hospital Business Development

~ Healthcare/Medical Services Sales

~ Hospital Marketing

~ Patient Acquisition

~ Candidates with an existing network of hospitals and doctors in Vizag will be preferred.

~ Strong ability to generate business and achieve sales tar
