Experience: 1+ years

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications.

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.

Robust understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and residential design.





Experience in preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools.

Experience in designing or executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
