As Accordible expands across India, we are looking for a research-driven and performance-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify the right organisations, connect with relevant decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities.

Own the top of the sales funnel by generating and qualifying high-quality B2B leads.
 Generate B2B leads via cold calling, email outreach,



LinkedIn, databases, and inbound enquiries
Identify and engage decision-makers (Facility, Engineering, Admin, Purchase, Operations)
Classify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold) and schedule meetings for sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logs

Data accuracy and CRM discipline
Graduate (MBA / Sales / Marketing preferred)
~0–3 years experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales / tele-calling
~ Comfortable with targets and daily calling activity
