nSummary
nLexitas is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Director of IT & Security to lead our India-based technology and security operations organization.



This role serves as the senior technology leader within Lexitas India, responsible for managing day-to-day IT Operations and Information Security functions while ensuring alignment with the global technology strategy established by the CIO/CISO.

nThe Director will lead a team of approximately 10 resources split between IT Infrastructure Operations and Information Security. The role requires a robust technical leader who is equally comfortable managing people, driving operational excellence, and personally contributing to complex technical and security initiatives.

nThis position plays a critical role in maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support a rapidly growing, compliance-driven business environment.
