We are looking for a sharp,



organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to manage day-to-day executive coordination and ensure smooth follow-up on business priorities.

Manage the MDs calendar, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

• Prepare MIS, presentations, reports and business correspondence as required.

• Support the MD in day-to-day business operations and special projects.

• 3-6 years of experience as an EA to MD/CEO/Director , preferably in jewellery, manufacturing, luxury, retail or a similar industry though not mandatory

• Strong proficiency in MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint .

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
