Apps portfolio is an umbrella program that focusses on SAP and inter-connected Non-SAP solutions.

- The core of the Enterprise Apps portfolio is SAP ECC landscape that caters to end to end Business transactions together with Non-SAP pack of applications that enhance various business process across Finance, Purchase, Sales cycles, and Logistics.A Deep Dive into The RoleSAP BASIS Administrator provides technical support including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating, and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.

Qualifications

- 8–10 years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator.

Other Requirements

- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to questions and tasks.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and S/4HANA migration projects.

- Strong team spirit, reliability, and customer-service orientation.

- Strong industry and functional expertise with SAP configuration and solution design experience.

- Experience in business engagement and senior stakeholder management.

- Ability to organize teams and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.





- Familiarity with tools and technologies required to manage SAP projects and support operations, including:

- Ticketing tools

- Monitoring tools

- Demand and capacity management tools

- Automation tools

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environment.

- Ability to influence decision-making and drive successful project delivery.

- Experience architecting large-scale international SAP solutions and implementations.

- Experience building innovative SAP solutions across:

- On-premise infrastructure

- Cloud infrastructure

- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration.

- Work with IT and business compliance teams to set up, manage, and monitor SAP systems.

- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of TMS (Transport Management System) configuration and transport routes.

- Knowledge of SAP release management processes.

- Manage and support SAP technical infrastructure components running on:

- ABAP stacks

- Java stacks

- Responsible for SAP

- Performance tuning

- System installations

- Technical documentation

- Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of:

- ERP

- SAP S/4HANA

- Embedded Analytics

- SAP Fiori

- BW for HANA

- Participation in full-cycle global SAP implementations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong presentation skills with the ability to act as a constructive challenger and communicate assertively.





- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with:

- Internal business teams

- Technical teams

- External consulting teams

- Strong S/4HANA experience.

- Hands-on S/4HANA migration experience.

- Experience supporting SAP migration activities across complex and global environments.
