- Support EDI and SAP Business Network integration projects
- Configure and maintain EDI messages, particularly Purchase Orders (PO) and Order Confirmations (OC) and invoice processing
- Work with EDI standards such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12
- Assist with SAP Ariba account setup and supplier onboarding activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve integration issues
- Monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely processing
- Participate in testing, validation,
and deployment of integration solutions
- Maintain documentation for EDI processes and configurations
Technical Analysis & Support
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
- Investigate issues related to inbound/outbound IDocs, EDI messages, and communication failures.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot integration failures, and ensure timely resolution.
