Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in designing and delivering enterprise planning solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and functional teams to translate planning requirements into scalable SAC solutions across finance and other business functions.

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SAP SAC Planning implementations, preferably covering areas such as FP&A;, OPEX/Cost Planning, Revenue Planning, Workforce/HR Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Strong understanding of SAC Planning data models, including New Model / Account Model concepts, dimensions, measures, hierarchies and planning-enabled models.
- Experience configuring and managing public and private versions, planning scenarios, forecasts, and what-if simulations. Strong knowledge of integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise data sources.
- Experience with write-back / outbound integration to SAP S/4HANA or other target systems for transferring approved or finalized planning data.
- Proficiency in SAC Planning capabilities such as:

○ Data Actions and Multi Actions ○ Advanced Formulas / Script Logic

○ Allocations and spreading

○ Version Management

○ Data locking and planning controls

○ Collaboration and workflow capabilities

- Experience setting up Calendar processes, input tasks, planning activities,



approvals and scheduled jobs to support structured planning cycles.
- Understanding of Value Driver Trees and driver-based planning methodologies. Exposure to Predictive Planning / Predictive Forecasting capabilities within SAC would be an advantage.
- Ability to design effective SAC Stories and dashboards to provide management visibility into planning outcomes and key KPIs, including Actual vs. Budget vs. Plan vs. Forecast analysis.
- Ability to translate business planning requirements into appropriate SAC architecture, models, planning logic and user experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze planning, modeling, integration, and performance-related issues.
- Should be comfortable conducting customer workshops, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations and presentations showcasing SAC Planning capabilities.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and recommend appropriate SAC Planning best practices and solution approaches.

Preferred Profile

- Strong functional understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) processes.
- Experience working on at least one complete SAC Planning implementation lifecycle.
- Good communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.
- SAP Analytics Cloud certification or relevant SAP certifications would be an added advantage.
