Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, CDS Views, OData, AMDP, RAP, and S/4HANA. The candidate will lead a team of ABAP developers, drive technical solution design, collaborate with functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of SAP development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP applications.
- Work extensively on RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and RAP.
- Design and support custom developments in SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with functional consultants across FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Support effort estimation, technical planning, project execution, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
- Strong expertise in:
- ALV Reports
- SmartForms / Adobe Forms
- BDC, BAPI, RFC




- User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements
- ALE/IDocs
- Module Pool Programming

- Strong experience in SAP HANA development and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Fiori integrations.
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or support projects.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Functional understanding of SAP FI, MM, SD, or PS modules.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have
- SAP ABAP / S/4HANA certification.
- Experience in client-facing roles and onsite coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirement Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData, AMDP, SAP HANA optimization, along with proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
