TCS is hiring for Mainframe Development
nExperience Range - 4.5 to 10 years
nEducation - 15 years of full time education

nMust-Have
n· Hands-on experience working in Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, and VSAM
n· Must be having good knowledge of DB2 queries and COBOL-DB2 programming
n· Experience in development, coding, and ability to work in high-volume capacity
n· He/She should understand, follow standardized frameworks for Mainframe deliveries.
n· Coordinate with clients, SMEs and other stakeholders at different stages of SDLC and acquire sign-offs and achieve results.
n· Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing and maintain artefacts like defect logs.




n· Follow standard processes to deploy into production and provide support.
n· Finding solutions for bugs/issues and Error Handling in Mainframe.
n· Mainframe technologies: TSO/ISPF, Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM
n· Mainframe Tools: Endevor/Changeman, Expeditor, OPC, SDSF, SORT, File-Aid, FTP
n· Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across organisation.
n· Proactive and self organized, ability to handle concurrent initiatives.

nGood-to-Have
n· Integration of Automation framework with DevOPS pipelines.
n· Knowledge of CICS, MVS, TAPE, DASD.
n· Experience in Agile and Scrum project setting.
n· Domain knowledge of Branch and Self service Banking/Retail.
