n Key Responsibilities
nDrive end-to-end sales and business development for Protrainy’s courses and training programs.
nGenerate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
nUnderstand learner requirements and recommend the right courses based on their career goals.
nConduct effective sales counselling, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
nHandle customer objections related to pricing, course value, competition, and decision-making.
nNegotiate and close deals while consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
nMaintain and manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
nUpdate lead, follow-up,



and conversion details accurately in the CRM.
nBuild strong relationships with prospective learners and improve conversion rates.
nIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business.
nCoordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve the overall sales journey.
nTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and share reports with the reporting manager.
nSupport and guide junior sales team members whenever required.
n Requirements
nBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
n2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or EdTech sales.
nProven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
nStrong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
nExcellent objection-handling and sales counselling abilities.
nStrong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion metrics.
