Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pegasystems platform. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Platform), business process management (BPM), and case management solutions, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-quality applications.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design and develop Pega-based applications aligned with business requirements.n
- Build and configure Pega rules, flows, UI components, and integrations.n
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Develop BPM workflows, case management, and decisioning components.n
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality delivery.n
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and databases.n
- Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and guardrails.n




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).n
- Maintain documentation for applications, technical designs, and workflows.n
- Support production deployments and resolve post-release issues.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.n
- 5–10+ years of experience in Pega development.n
- Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (version 7.x/8.x or above).n
- Proficiency in:n
- Case management & BPM conceptsn
- Data modelingn
- UI design (Sections, Harness, Portals)n
- Experience with Pega integration tools (REST, SOAP, Connectors/Services).n
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).n
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.n
- Pega certifications such as:n
- CSA (Certified System Architect) – requiredn
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – preferredn
