- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability in complex systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
