- Coordinate and follow up with customers regarding product samples.
- Maintain records of samples sent, received, approved, rejected, or pending.
- Contact customers regularly to obtain sample feedback and approval status.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and sales teams for sample requirements.
- Ensure samples are prepared and dispatched within the committed timeline.
- Follow up on pending approvals and communicate updates to the concerned team.
- Track sample-to-order conversion and highlight delayed or critical cases.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers through phone, email, and messaging platforms
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
