Role Description The Salesperson role at Sprungz Sports is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s sports construction services. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits when needed, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals.





The role also involves coordinating with project and operations teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients, maintaining sales records, and contributing to sales forecasts and planning. The Salesperson is expected to represent Sprungz Sports professionally, provide responsive customer service, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales, client relationship management, and basic negotiation.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with basic business documentation, including quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction or sports infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools used for sales tracking and communication.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Preferred qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
