12+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences

7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead

Solid understanding of operations: field force management, call planning, sample management, territory alignment, approved email, CLM, and workflows

Demonstrated ability to navigate both the functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement

Experience producing and maintaining solution documentation used by technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and driving implementation through requirements, build, test, and release

Experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, and defining and implementing data migrations

Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform
