Shift Timing: 3 pm to 12 am IST

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable system solutions across the Go-to-Market technology landscape, with a primary focus on the Lead-to-Cash process. The architect will translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs, ensuring alignment across various departments and systems. They will also drive process standardization and continuous improvement within the GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end solutions for the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

- Configure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities.

- Oversee integrations between GTM systems and ERP/billing platforms.

- Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and user story creation.

- Drive system adoption, data quality, and process compliance.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven experience owning the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.





- Deep understanding of CPQ complexities and sales processes.

- Strong experience in UAT planning, execution, and release governance.

Industry Experience:

Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company with complex sales cycles and subscription-based revenue models is highly preferred.
