About The Job:

- Responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of the Salesforce implementation through structured testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud components.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Salesforce clouds and integrated systems

- Execute manual and automated testing using tools such as Provar, Selenium, or Copado Robotic Testing

- Validate data migration accuracy and integrity from legacy systems into Salesforce

- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or similar platforms

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce issues and verify fixes

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, issue remediation, and support business users during sign-off

- Perform sanity/smoke testing after deployments and releases

- Ensure test coverage aligns with Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox refreshes and seasonal releases

- Document test results and provide quality metrics/reporting to project management

Qualifications

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities

- Experience with manual testing methodologies and test case design

- Familiarity with Salesforce test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Copado, or similar

- Experience testing integrations, including APIs and middleware, preferably in telecom environments

- Strong defect tracking and reporting skills using JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum testing practices,



including sprint-based testing and regression cycles

- Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills

Qualifications

- 5–7 years of overall QA experience, with at least 2+ years of experience testing Salesforce implementations

- ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred

- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

- Experience in telecom, media, or large-scale CRM implementations preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Candidates should be comfortable working from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
