Provide critical support and analysis for Salesforce operations and partner lifecycle processes to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support helpdesk and data improvement projects; play key role in system integration; support Partner lifecycle processes; provide consulting and issue resolution for Partner Operations and Deal Management; facilitate internal audit requirements; monitor support channels; provide functional guidance on Legal and Partner Experience; assist leadership with operational questions and system functionality; review new technology for onboarding improvements; identify process gaps and opportunities for automation; support partner project rollouts and improvements; collaborate with Sales Leadership and IT; participate in Partner Program initiatives.

Requirements
