About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud QA with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering and Testing.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Platform applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and Security Model.
- Experience validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
- Experience validating data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Must Have

- Salesforce Testing and Quality Assurance experience.




- Robust understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and architecture.
- Experience testing Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
- Data migration and data validation testing experience.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in preparing test scenarios, test cases, defect reporting, and test execution.

Nice To Have

- Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated regression test suites.
- Experience testing API integrations and middleware-based solutions.
- Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps-enabled Salesforce delivery environments.
- Domain experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sustainability, Financial Services, or Industry Cloud implementations.

Preferred Certifications

- Required: Salesforce Administrator
