Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on development, technical decision-making, and mentoring the Salesforce development team while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions

- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and best practice guidance

- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages

- Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, performance, and governor limits

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX





- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices

- Support production issues and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Robust knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware tools)

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.

- Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Apex)

Functional & Leadership Skills

- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
