Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado.
- Manage Salesforce releases across multiple environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and Quality Engineering teams.
- Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes using Copado and related DevOps tools.
- Perform source control management using Git-based repositories.
- Support branch strategy, merge management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with release governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolution.
- Drive DevOps best practices, documentation, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps Platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including:





- Sales Cloud

- Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud

- Custom Applications

- Experience with

- Salesforce DX (SFDX)

- Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

- CI/CD methodologies

- Release Management

- Change Management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API and deployment processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Copado Fundamentals and Copado Administrator certifications.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience with workplace strategy and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
