Designation | Salesforce Developer Qualification | Graduate Experience (in years) | 5 | : Salesforce Developer with APEX, LWC Skills Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and other related technologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Customize Salesforce platform features, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports, to meet business needs.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, performing bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.





Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a solid focus on APEX, and LWC.
- Proficiency in APEX programming language and familiarity with Visualforce pages and controllers.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and utilizing the Lightning Component Framework.
- Strong with the APIs(inbound and outbound) and integration with other systems and familiar with Postman.
- Experience with declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
- Knowledge of source control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Having ServiceMax experience is an advantage.
