We are looking for an energetic, quick-learning Salesforce Developer Fresher to join our fast-growing CRM team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience building custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL, while working closely with industry experts on real-world enterprise projects across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Custom Development: Write clean, scalable Apex code (Classes, Triggers, Controllers) adhering to platform best practices.
- Modern UI Engineering: Design and develop dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Database Management: Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries to interact with Salesforce data models without hitting governor limits.
- Declarative Configuration: Build automated business workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Unit Testing: Write Apex test classes to maintain high code coverage and ensure robust application performance.
- Collaboration: Participate in continuous learning, agile team standups, and peer code reviews.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Educational Background:



B.E. / B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE), BCA, MCA, or relevant tech stream (Recent Graduates / Freshers).
- Core Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts (Java / C++ / C#) and JavaScript / HTML / CSS web fundamentals.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Basic understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and core Sales/Service Cloud architecture (via Trailhead or formal training).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical approach to debugging, database concepts (RDBMS / ER diagrams), and data handling.
- Soft Skills: High learning agility, self-motivated, proactive attitude, and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Positive to Have):

- Active Trailhead profile (Ranger / Mountaineer status or Superbadges).
- Salesforce Certified Associate or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
- Prior internship, personal project, or academic project experience in Web Development or Salesforce.
