Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer - Loyalty Management to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform development, Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud), integrations, and backend application development. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative loyalty program capabilities and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions to support customer loyalty programs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, integrations, and services supporting Loyalty Management functionality.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, Flows, and Loyalty Management components.
- Leverage Salesforce Core Platform and Loyalty Management capabilities to build,



enhance, and optimize loyalty programs.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Loyalty Management and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
- Develop high-quality Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Optimize application performance, database design, and data processing for scalability and reliability.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes and successful deployments.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with Salesforce security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, Loyalty Management features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud).
- Solid expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce APIs
- Custom Development
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of database design, data management, and query optimization.
- Experience with Git and modern version control practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
