About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, automation, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, and asynchronous Apex , along with a good understanding of Salesforce security and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and third-party tools .
- Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes .
- Develop and manage asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex .
- Implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices, security standards, and data access controls.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce development standards.

Required Skills Qualifications





- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and system integrations .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation tools .
- Experience with Batch, Future, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex .
- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model , including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Data Access.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and development environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.
