About the Role

- As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce applications that support the organization's sales and customer service operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, techno-functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and external integration partners to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

- The role primarily focuses on implementing enhancements through an Agile ticketing model while ensuring platform stability through production support and defect resolution. You will contribute across multiple Salesforce products and enterprise integrations, including:

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, REST API integrations, Third-party notification platforms, ERP systems (SAP), Azure Storage and cloud integrations.

- You will also participate in requirement gathering sessions, technical design discussions, code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Develop enhancements following Agile methodologies by working on user stories, change requests, and production defect tickets.

- Build and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.

- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,



and Field Service Lightning to meet evolving business requirements.

- Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, asynchronous processing, and integration frameworks.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions with minimal business impact.

- Participate in business requirement gathering sessions and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with architects, administrators, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors throughout the development lifecycle.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governor limits, and development best practices.

- Support deployment activities across various Salesforce environments.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, maintainability, and user experience.

What We Expect from the Candidate, Must Have:

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Basic configuration and implementation knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce REST APIs and external integrations.

- Strong programming knowledge of

Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

- Experience working with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled Apex).

- Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

- Exposure to deployment activities across Salesforce environments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- High sense of ownership, accountability,



and commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of Copado for Salesforce deployments and release management.

- Understanding of enterprise ERP systems such as SAP.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Storage and cloud-based integrations.

- Experience working with JIRA in Agile Scrum environments.

- Exposure to Agentforce for Developers / Agentforce Vibes.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

- Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud.

- Salesforce CPQ, Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.

- REST APIs, JSON, Asynchronous Apex, Integrations, SAP Integration, Azure Storage, Third-party notification platforms.

- Tools, Salesforce Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, JIRA, Copado (Valuable to have).

Required Certifications, Must Have:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Nice to Have

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise implementations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging Salesforce technologies.
