We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM) / Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant with 4+ years of Salesforce experience to design, implement, and support customer loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Customer Engagement, and Salesforce platform configuration/customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (SFLM) solutions for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
- Configure loyalty program structures, tiers, points accrual/redemption, promotions, and partner programs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations where required.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to loyalty programs and Salesforce applications.
- Participate in end-to-end project activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM) / Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
