Required 5-8 years of experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-level dashboards and data pipelines. Having experience in developing high-performance CRMA dashboards by customizing JSON structures, navigating CRMAs unique architecture and limitations compared to tools like Tableau. Experienced in building advanced query using SAQL and SQL (utilizing CRMA-specific cogrouping), managing data engineering via optimized Data Syncs, Dataflows, and Recipes, and enforcing strict row-level security using Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance.

To succeed, should have deep understanding of core Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, permission sets, data types, and how CRMA ingests platform data.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

- CRMA Dashboarding: Deep knowledge of CRMA dashboard limitations and capabilities vs. Tableau.
- JSON Customization: Hands-on experience editing dashboard JSON for advanced layouts and steps.
- SAQL Expertise: Advanced scripting in Salesforce Analytics Query Language for complex logic.
- Data Pipelines: Building, scheduling, and optimizing Recipes, Dataflows, and Data Syncs.
- Recipe Optimization:



Ability to split data recipes by execution frequency to maximize performance.
- Row-Level Security: Implementing Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance within CRMA.

Secondary Skills (Highly Preferred)

- Core Salesforce Architecture: Solid grasp of standard/custom objects, fields, and permission sets.
- CRMA Data Mapping: Deep understanding of how Salesforce data types ingest and translate into CRMA.
- SQL & Complex Joins: Strong background in relational database joins to accelerate data modelling.
- Cogrouping Mastery: Understanding CRMA-specific multi-dataset joining techniques that differ from traditional SQL.

Valuable to Have

- Salesforce Certifications: CRM Analytics Developer or CRM Analytics Consultant credentials.
- BI Migration Experience: Background moving legacy reports from Tableau, Power BI, or Excel into CRMA.
