Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with Data Migration expertise to lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, data migration strategies, ETL tools, data mapping, data cleansing, and large-scale Salesforce implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Platform technologies.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading.
- Develop data migration strategies, migration frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
- Perform data mapping between legacy systems and Salesforce applications.
- Migrate data using Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, and third-party migration solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Conduct migration testing, validation, and post-migration support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants,



and development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and Salesforce platform issues.
- Create technical documentation, data mapping documents, and migration plans.
