About the role

We need a hands-on Salesforce and Agentforce specialist to design and build a reusable integration foundation connecting Salesforce to external systems and automated agents. This is architecture plus delivery — you're building it yourself, not handing designs to someone else.

What you'll do

– Run discovery with business and technical stakeholders to map integration requirements

– Design a reusable integration pattern — not a one-off per use case — covering triggers, correlation IDs, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation

– Build in Salesforce: Flows, Apex (including async/bulk-safe), REST callouts and inbound APIs, Platform Events or CDC where warranted

– Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and actions with proper guardrails — human approval on anything sensitive or irreversible

– Set up secure authentication (Named/External Credentials) for external service calls

– Build monitoring: a clear activity trail per transaction, dashboards, alerts on stuck or failed runs

– Write tests, document the build, and hand over cleanly to the internal team

What you need





– 8+ years hands-on Salesforce, including solution/integration architecture — not just admin or declarative work

– Advanced Flow and robust Apex, including Queueable/Batch and bulk-safe design

– Production experience with REST integrations — both outbound callouts and secure inbound APIs

– Hands-on Agentforce build experience: topics, actions, guardrails, session tracing

– Can explain and has implemented idempotency, retry policy, and reconciliation in a real integration

– Comfortable working with an external platform team to define integration contracts and boundaries

Good to have

– Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or a comparable integration platform

– Exposure to MCP or agent-tool standards

– Salesforce Integration Architect or System Architect certification To apply

– A production Agentforce solution you designed and built, described in your own words

– One example of handling retries, reconciliation, or duplicate prevention you actually shipped

– Fixed-scope proposal: phases, inclusions/exclusions, timeline, price, your assumptions
