? Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant/Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of 60% Administration and 40% Development, with proven expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, case management, and integrations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Knowledge Base.
- Design and implement Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Routing to streamline customer service operations.
- Support and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations, Named Credentials, and external system connectivity.
- Manage user security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules for compliance and governance.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for controlled deployments.
- Deliver reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into service performance.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

? Required Skills & Experience
- 9–15 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud & Omni-Channel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration (users, security, configuration, automation).
- Development exposure in Apex, LWC, Visualforce (minimum 40% contribution).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps).
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
